Updates to Report Turnarounds & Deadlines

Report turnaround times are standardized to provide clear expectations for when completed reports will be available. These timelines reflect both increased demand and the human-in-the-loop process that ensures accuracy and quality.

Here is what you can expect:

For Fama 360:

• Reports submitted by 10am PT / 1pm ET on a business day will be completed no later than the third business day at 5pm PT/ 8pm ET.
• Reports submitted after 10am PT / 1pm ET on a business day, the report will be completed no later than 5pm PT / 8pm ET on the fourth business day.
• This applies to all candidates submitted via email to support@fama.io, web application, and/or API.

For Fama Plus and Pulse:

• Reports submitted by 10am PT / 1pm ET on a business day will be completed no later than the next business day at 2pm PT/ 5pm ET.
• Reports submitted after 10am PT / 1pm ET on a business day, the report will be completed no later than 2pm PT / 5pm ET on the second business day.
• This applies to all candidates submitted via email to support@fama.io, web portal and/or API.

Weekend Requests

• Requests submitted over the weekend will be treated as if they were received first thing on Monday morning.

Additional Information:

• Turnaround times on reports using Fama’s Candidate Consent Form will not begin until after the Consent Form has been signed and returned to Fama.
