Report Review Workflow

Dashboard Overview

When new individuals are added to your account, you will find all pending reports in the ‘In Progress’ section. When a report has finished processing and contains relevant content, you will find that report in the ‘Pending Review’ section of your Fama dashboard.

Pending Review Section

All reports that have Fama Behaviors, Keyword flags, or relevant articles will be automatically added to this section. Any other reports will only appear in the ‘Reviewed’ section.

Reviewing Reports

When reviewing a report in the 'Pending Review' section, you will notice a 'Complete Review' button in the upper right corner of the report. Once you have completed reviewing a report, check the box to the left of the candidate's name, then select the 'Complete Review' button to move the individual report out of the 'Pending Review' section.

You can similarly mark a report as reviewed by selecting the 'Complete Review' button under the ‘Actions’ menu on the far right.

A “No search Items” message will appear in your ‘Pending Review’ section when you have finished reviewing reports that contain relevant content. You will still be able to find all reports in the ‘Reviewed' section of your dashboard.
