The 'Rerun Report' feature allows you to look for new online content about an individual, modify person information, and change the behaviors you want used on a report. This feature was designed for clients who monitor employees on an ongoing basis, use Fama reports as breadcrumbs for further investigation, or have modified their screening criteria.
If you need to rerun an individual's report for any reason, it is recommended to follow these instructions rather than place a brand new order on the individual.
How to update behavior kits
First, you will need to make any desired changes to the Behavior Kit that was applied to the report. Please note that you must be an Account Manager to access Behavior Kits. Make sure to click 'Save' once you're done adding or removing behaviors.
Once you've made those changes, or if you don't need to change the Behavior Kit, locate the candidate in the 'Completed' queue and click on their name. Locate the three dots in the top right and select 'Rerun Person.'
A page identical to the order page will pop up, and it will autofill all of the candidate's information, including any accounts and profiles that were provided or confirmed on Fama's side. Here you can add any additional information you know about the individual or remove information that should not be used. You can also change the check type, or Behavior Kit. Click the orange 'Add Report' button at the bottom of the page once you are ready to submit.
