If you are unable to log into your account, first ensure that you are logging into the correct portal: app.fama.io. The log in screen is pictured below. Your email address is your username.
If you still cannot log in, select the "Forgot password?" button and follow the instructions on the page. An automated email containing a new password will be sent to your email address. Please check your Spam folder.
