All Fama Essential and Plus customers are eligible to white label their report PDFs. Please contact your Account Manager or support@fama.io for more information about how to add this feature to your package.
How to White Label your PDF
- Go to Company Settings and you will see a new section titled “Report PDF Template.” This is where customers can create a branded template for the white-labeled reports.

- To create your custom branded template to white label your reports:
- Use the drop-down for “Template Options” to select “Custom.”
- Upload your company’s logo in the “Logo Upload” section.
- Add your company’s preferred Compliance Disclosure statement to the “Body Text” section.
- Add your company’s website, address, or other information you wish to be displayed in your report’s footer in the “Footer Text” section.
- When you are done adding your company’s information into the sections above, click the green “Generate and Download Sample PDF” button at the bottom to see what your white-labeled PDF reports will look like.

- For example, a white-labeled report may look something like this:

- To make changes to the look of the report, you can edit the copy text length in the editor and upload new logo image sizes to achieve the desired look.
- Once saved, all company PDF reports will adopt this rebranded report style.
Other important information
- If customers would like to revert back to Fama’s Standard PDF templates, use the “Template Options” drop down box and select “Fama Standard.” This will clear all custom values and revert to the Fama PDF template. The “Generic" template option strips the Fama logo and address from the template.

- Customers can see whether the white labeled PDFs feature is enabled for their company and/or sub-companies in the Company Settings section of their account.
