Correcting a Spelling Mistake
If you made a spelling mistake while ordering a report, and the report is still In Process, please contact Fama Support via chat by clicking the balloon found on the bottom right of your screen, or send an email to support@fama.io. Reports cannot be edited while they are In Process, but the Fama Support team can assist with deleting the order so that you can enter a correct order.
If you've made a spelling mistake, and the report is Completed, please utilize the Rerun feature to correct the error.
Adding Additional Information for a Person
Once an individual has been added to the system, any additional information that you would like to add for that person must be added using the Rerun Report option within the interface. For more information on how to use the Rerun Report feature, read here. Additional information cannot be added or edited while the report is In Process.
